TOCOL® sponsored by the Five Senses Communication Cooperation Project builds new points of contact between academics, business enterprises and society, and conducts research and development through industry-academia collaboration with universities, research institutions, business enterprises and professionals in various fields, centered around School Juridical Person Ritumeikan University (Department of Human & Computer Intelligence, College of Information Science and Engineering), aiming for making contributions to color education and culture.
The music department founded in 2017 engages in activities to promote the variegated tone colors of traditional Japanese musical instruments, primarily centered around the Shakuhachi.
